Day 6 - The 17 Day Diet: 136.4 (-.4) Not much happening. I've heard of other people having great results on this diet. Wednesday or Thursday I was down 1.8 lbs. but then it jumped back on! Thought maybe yesterday it was water weight from too much sodium, but I'm still fat today. My official weigh in day with my little group is on Wednesdays, I'll see where I am Wednesday and make a decision whether to continue.

Diet Calendar Entries for 12 February 2011:

Dont try so hard, stay away from all sodas, and red meat for now,Yogurt and fresh fruit, lots of water to flush you out, and your vitimans,for your meat only fish, and a chicken patty, my meals dont make alot of sence, but I have just enough, I hope this helps some how, cherie

I've not had a soda for weeks. No red meat since I started the 17 Day Diet on Monday, 2 fruits a day, 2 greek yogurts a day, my vitamins and plenty of water, and I generally exercise about an hour a day!
