had a good week of eating lightly - went to gym, did some yoga and pilates, and no alcohol again. Also introducing green tea into my daily routine. Got two comments yesterday on "have you lost some weight". Since I'm still at my peak weight - it was hard to say yes (from fatter to fat), but it made me feel good none the less.
going out for a nice dinner tonight - wine and italian. I don't need to over indulge - just try lots. Share plates will be good.
Going to gym now.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
