Today is the day.
I'm 6 weeks postpartum and I need to get rid of this baby weight once and for all now that I am done having kids. I want it all gone by the end of the year! That's 91 lbs in 8 months. An average of 11.375 lbs/month. Or 2.84 lbs/week. That may seem lofty, well, it is. But I am confident that I can do it. I have to try!
These are my goals:
4/28/14 - 256 (NOW) 6/6/14 - 239 (17 lbs lost) 7/18/14 - 224 (15 lbs/32 lbs total) 9/5/14 - 204 (20 lbs/52 lbs total) 10/24/14 - 185 (19 lbs/71 lbs total) 12/31/14 - 165 (20 lbs/91 lbs total)

I agree now is the time, Nat. I lost most of my baby weight (not all) and then proceeded to gain 5-10 lbs over 10 yrs. Then, BAMM, you're 100 lbs overweight and morbidly obese! Yes, take care of yourself along with the kids and be healthy.
