So we're heading into phase 3 and made it to the gym 6 days this week spending an hour and twenty minutes there. I did lose 3.5 inches off my waist amongst other inches elswhere but I thought that was fabulous so it really motivates me. Good luck to all...
181.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

Hello , very happy for you , you made it to the gym !! Can you go into detail how you spend your time at the gym?? It gives the rest of us some ideas too. Thanks for sharing
