I am shocked that my weigh in was so dissapointing I expected to be down by three or four pounds, something is wrong....................instead I weighed in between 179 and 180. I must be retaining water. I will reweigh later this week I am going to go with vegtables and whole grain mixture for a few days whick is supposed to help cleanse the blood, I will weigh again on Wed.
