Great day. Been on plan for 1 week without cheating. Haven't lost all week. But I haven't felt like going off the deep end. My craving for diet Pepsi has disappeared! John is so good about buying me food. Love that man.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Some people don't lose the first week on a diet. It's usually some other thing going on in your body masking your loss. So give it time and stick with it. I'm sure your body will kick in to gear soon.
