Why isn't Sex listed as a form of exercise?!? C'mon, seriously? We're all adults here, or at least mature individuals, lets be real.
It should be offered on the list with everything else.

Hahaha, okay now that THATs outta the way.

I'm doing good. Keeping up with a daily calorie deficit and exercise at least 3x per week. I like doing ~20 min cardio, usually in the form of jogging, but today it was swimming. It helps loosen me up. then I'll do some weight lifting. Fairly light as my goal is to get my form perfect before adding weight. Oh, and my range of motion (frankly I don't see the point in squatting 150lbs if I only go down part way, you know?) So, I like squatting 45lb + 10-20lbs on the bar, and go all the way down with back straight, chest up...that sorta thing. As my joints get used the movement I'll gradually add more weight. My goal is to squat 150% of my ideal body weight (~135-138), and maybe about the same for benching.
Also, I've been getting brave when it comes to the pull-up machine. Usually I am embarrassed, but I notice guys who are also upping the counterweight to like 90lbs so I figure, we're all in the same boat. Hell, we could encourage each other.

So yeah. Lifting, regular cardio, good food, and recently, good sex. I seriously think that should be a legitimate exercise option, maybe for users over 18 or something (as if it really matters! pssh)
