Seems pretty cloudy out today after a beautiful day of bright sunshine yesterday. Plans for the day include laundry, booking a May vacation to the Oregon Coast, and my hour on my elliptical machine! The scale was 208.2 this morning ... so very close reaching my half-way goal. It could happen soon. If I had more to take off I would have, amputating a limb seemed a little drastic ... just to have the scale say 207 ... LOL!!!

I slept in this morning so I'm still looking forward to my coffee. I hope you all are doing fine out there, where ever you may be!! Be kind and good to yourself ... you deserve it!!
208.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

One hour on your elliptical, good for you, that is what will help you reach your goal. I slept in too, it was nice. Keep all your body parts :-) you can lose it just by eating right and exercising. :-)

Tomorrow I think I am going to try and dodge our rain by going to the YMCA and hitting an elliptical or at least a treadmill. I am not sure I am going for an hour but maybe a 1/2 of one. Best
