Okay here is my update. At the end of the year 2010 I realized that nothing fit me. I checked the scale and I was a whooping 185 lbs. I cried like a baby. It has now been a little over a month since I really started changing my eating habits and actively exercising and I am down to 173. So total I have lost 12 lbs. Yes I feel great!! Now I am ready to continue. There are days when it's soooo hard but I remember just how miserable I was 2 months ago and I get back on track. All I need to remain motivated. I can do this!!

BTW...I am playing on having a tummy tuck in May so yeah the more I lose the better I will look...That should be enough motivation...LOL
