Happy with my progress this week, I don't like to set targets but I do have a mental one to keep pushing. Finally seeing some chiselling off fat and taking shape. Not showing much as weight loss but definitely happy with this week's results.Well with the Premiere of the movie on Sunday, I had to work hard :)
