really exercised a lot so far. Did a tape on Belly Dancing (oh dear) then floor exercise tape the really fast walk with tobatas. Home and more packing. Ate after exercise to feed muscles-----1/4 diet ice cream bar-who says you can't be addicted to sugar----------- sm piece of meat. !0;00 now fast for 7 hours. lots of water.
