Haven't kept updating this in a really long time.. decided I should "restart" my diet on here to make it more accurate. Since last time i have gained weight but all was lean muscle! (I get a fitness assessment at my gym every month or two to compare muscle and fat from the previous time) I go to the gym usually 2 times a week and weight lift as well as "filler" stuff at home 3+ of the other days in which I've scheduled an exercise "plan" of different exercises to do so I'm not working on the same muscles all the time, or I may just do yard work or walking around the neighborhood. Over all I feel much more confident and push myself because I know I CAN do it! For the most part I have stuck to my "diet" with a few cheats usually on holidays but I do not stress when I do, I just move on to the next day and maybe work out a little more to compensate for it.
