I have been to my doctors office and he has suggested this diet to me twice .... I know a lot of different types of people on the program and they have all had great success .... I think I am going to try and save the membership fee over the next 2 or 3 months and then take a leap of faith and find a way to make it work .... as a single mom living check to check it will be hard but I also know my baby girl needs a mom and over 450lbs im not giving her much of a chance to have one.
