My workout plan generally consist of 8 min. abs in the morning everyday. The results I have seen are weird. First my stomach just used to be fat or round, now its sul big in my opinion but the top half sticks out further than the lower half, which is the part that hangs past my waistline. It looks like there might be a six pack when looking at it from the front. I follow the atkins diet plan, which I luv because I was born a carnivore, but my weight loss isn't weekly its more like a week and a half. I will actually go up and down a pound and then bam 4lbs. lost, which I don't mind I guess. For the rest of the workout, at night I go to the gym pretty consistently. I do interval running, just learned that is what I was doing, everyday. What changes is the amount of time. Every other day is only cardio and weight lifting days 30 min. and lift 30 min. I have seen that I can lift more and my heart rate recovers faster. It has not changed my look. According to my dad that's how you know if you're in shape. I'm also getting buoyed with this workout regime, so starting this week I will begin my 6wk kettlebell and 13k marathom training. Here is where my problem lies, I cant run long distance! I'm breathing so hard during thr interval training run that I'm almost scared to go 8miles straight. Need to learn to breathe anf stride trchniques, I'm not a natural runner, but my weight loss is bringing about a host of new challenges. So to keep my body guessg I will pick a new workout regimine every 6 weeks until I reach my goal of 12% body fat, and 214.

Hi, I have to tell you that your workout regimes are amazing to me. I am not an exerciser and when I see the things that you say your are doing, I am impressed and encouraged. Keep it up. I am inspired.

that weird ab thingy will go away , just make sure you are working all the ab muscles. lower, mid, upper and obliques. I also do a lower back exercises to work on the love handles. I was worried about my ab because my lower abs hung over like an apron. Gone gone! Sounds your doing awesome ! Try this site for walking : http://www.thewalkingsite.com/12week.html, might have a link for running. My thought is work you way into, a little more each week. Sounds like your really motivated!!
