Faz 2 dias que comecei a controlar os carboidratos e já engordei 250g? Me disseram que no inicio o corpo se ressente e tenta armazenar mais gordura ainda, mas depois que ele se acostuma passa a libera-la de forma gradual. Alguém sabe mais sobre isso?
