Ok I have been having diet Pudding--sugar free and cool whip. I mixed them with cottage cheese today for lunch. Maybe I should eleminate them from my diet. I am sure there are a lot of people that would say it isn't a good thing to eat!

If you are on a high fat, low carb diet the cool whip is totally fine. I add cream cheese, peanut butter and coffee grounds to it and whip it.. tastes amazing. I just have a few tablespoons of it. The carbs are under 3.

It all depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Are you just wanting to lose weight? Are you trying to eat clean, meaning nothing refined or prepackaged with ingredients you cant pronounce?

if you are stalling or it not coming off fast try switching to sugar free fat free jello with the whipped cream... i found i didnt move as fast when i ate pudding... worth a try
