Hello Buddies!! I havent journalled in quite some time as i guess that means i am pretty happy with my life and my weight...just not happy that my back is giving me so much issues making me unable to run. Running is my favorite thing but i suppose i have to be patient and I am truly learning to love my bike again.

I am happy with my weight, i havent been this slim in many years but it has taken me a full 3 1/2 months to lose 14lbs and a lot of inches...today i measured myself to see the change from January and it has come down 8.5" in the 4 main areas i measure (back, waist, belly button and hips)...with my tummy being the biggest drop.

I attribute the belly fat loss to always drinking 8 glasses of water a day AND a vast reduction in simple carbs. THANK YOU TO ALL MY BUDDIES FOR BEING SUCH WONDERFUL SUPPORTERS!! I know what its like to weigh 200lbs and i never want to go back there :))

Hey Millerm...I never sacrificed wine completely but I did have to really cut it down and I also gave up food to drink wine, hahhaha. SDailyn...I have been doing, chiro, physio, massage for nearly 4 months and they are all sport specific...chiro was actually hurting it more so I have given a rest to that for now and sticking with my back guy whom is also a physio - I have only been seeing this new back guy for 3 weeks and I am noticing sme differences. No chance of running yet, I wont even attempt it but I can cycle so that at least gives me some hope. How did your run go? would love to hear that you felt good! thank you so much for your kind words :))

For me, 8 glasses of water and 8 hours sleep helps me lose weight. The number 8 is a lucky number for the Chinese people. Hmm .... maybe there is something to it? I'm just being silly. Continued good luck!
