I'm kind of scared that I ate too many carbs today....
definetly will excersize later and probably tomorrow morning + no food, maybe only a little oil.

I don't think it's good to not eat.

Fasting for a day wont hurt you. Lots of people do it. Do what you know is right for you.

The "fuel" is in my case fat, since I'm in ketosis already. But thanks for being nice and worrying :) I know that it's not bad for me because on keto I could actually go for days without eating, I just eat because I like food and want to lose less muscle tissue.

MBrown, where are you getting your information from? Study shows fasting and intermittent fasting or IF is shown to be healthful and even adds longevity of life. Helps the body cleanse and repair itself. That fuel you're talking about is stored body fat that we are all trying to get rid of.

Thanks Deborahg382! I have read a lot about fasting and there is a reason your body stors fat in the first place and there are different ways to make it leave.

I'm not going to starve myself, don't worry love :) I still have about 15kg (don't know my exact bodyfat percentage) of fat of which I could lose another five without it affecting me. Women need about 15% to survive but they don't menstruate etc. I was not trying to be rude, thank you very much for your concern. Stay on track dear! Stay motivated! You are awesome! ;)
