i was really hoping that i didnt hit a plateau. it looks like it was only a small one and hopefully i can continue to keep losing weight at the same rate i had been in the recent past.
241.8 lb Lost so far: 58.2 lb.    Still to go: 56.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your chart looks great. After the first couple of weeks, most people slow down to a pound or two a week. Great job on the loss!

How fast are you loosing weight?

I started out really well. I think that in the first few days, maybe a week I lost a lot of water weight now I am finally losing fat. I have slown down quite a bit and am only losing a pound or two a week eventhough I am still trying my hardest to stick to my diet. The hardest part is that I am not always in the office and when I am out my co-workers want to get something quick and easy for lunch and I am stuck eating fast food. 1 of my diet secrets is that the Dr. put me on Phentermine which is an appetite supressant and works really well for the first month or two.
