well I drank 6-7 glasses of water. I keep looking at my hands to see if they wer still so wrinkled---and I think they arent. Really!!!!
as for fasting. I went to the gym about 4;30 to do cardio (tobatos) and lift weights as heavy as I could lift. It dawned on me that I was hungery as I was driving over and that my trainer says I should have complex carbs for energy and a little protein. Then post work out I should have protein and a vegetable. That is to build the muscles from lifting weights----if you don't eat within the hour the it is for nothing---no new muscle. So when I got home at 6:00 I had protein and a vegetable. So much for fasting. I think I will do short fasts. Ie: don't eat between meals......The Leptin book says dont eat for 4-5 hrs. Maybe I will try that tomorrow.

take chromium for blood sugar , if you are going to wait 4- 5 hours to eat, Jorge another diet guru, says to eat every 3 hours, six times a day, limit, each time to under 200 calories.
