I know I should be drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I would join the water challenge but it is closed so I will challenge myself! Day 1 1:45,must drink fast! Been sorta off the diet today----gonna get back on track starting now.
Was reading a diet book that suggested fasting suppose I could try that too. This is hour 1 of fasting-------Wonder how many hours I will go. I think I will try 7 hours. I don't have a lot of faith in myself for this, so a short fast is in order. Some one suggested fasting after 2;00 PM, That means I have 15 min to eat some protein and then start my fast........no I have had engough already I will just go.
Up 3 pounds---forgot the diuretic I am supposed to take daily and had ham----not too smart.

Hay we all forget to take our diuretic every now and than so just take it now or wait until the morning. I forgot to take mine yesterday and I woke up with my little water pouches by my knees so I took it at lunch time and now they are gone and I have my steady path to the potty.

years and years ago, I was on diet center, they said if you fall off, eat nothing but protein the next day, lean meats.

Also low sodium on the meat, no ham, I guess, I used to make turkey patties or lean beef patties , hard boiled eggs and eat them nothing else , no fruit or veggies, just protein.

When I was in the air force, boot camp, I lost lots of inches, because, before you ate your meal, they made you drink two full glasses of water, I had to get new uniforms, three times before basic was done, because I lost so many inches, from drinking all of that water.

Those are good tips. I have been drinking more water and I like it. I will like it more if I lose weight from it. Also a protein day after an off diet day. And boiled eggs. Good. Thanks
