Got careless this past week, need to regroup. Too many parties at work, not enough will power. Disappointed in my scale read. :( Went to Gym tonite w/DH and did well... good cardio and weights :)

Well, if you had a bunch of parties at work and didn't gain, I think that's pretty great. Think of steady weight as learning to maintain. That can be harder than losing.
