Good morning team mates. Bad week of eating, then top it off with Easter. It still feels good to have the support. It also feels great to exercise my options of home machines instead of ignoring them when I don't go to the gym.

This is another week. I do best when I hit the gym. My plan is P90X3 synergistics @ gym so I can use the pull-up assistant machine. And I plan to do the Revolving Stairs, they kick my butt and don't affect my knees.

Meals will be kept to 1200 or below and I will log them in. I'll log in my plan now and deal with any alterations by fixing the log.

I hope everyone had a Happy Easter/ weekend. Now it's time to get back on track, Bev.
