Start My own Journal to plan a head meals. So at night I'll will be writing down the meal for the next day. To keep me on track on what I eat for the day. Also planning on exercising every day that my plan for the next couple of months. My birthday is this week and I what to loss weight. So here I am again. I know I can do this but there is something inside me that doesnt what to change I have to get over the fear of this change or what ever this is. I have to think more about this fear of change. My new way in eating is going to try to add more protein, while have less Carbohydrates and fats. Thats is goingto be very Hard for me but I am gooing to try . Wish me luck
