Well, as I can see, not following my diet closely or heading to Curves for my workout has consequences... up 5 lbs. Yuck. No one to blame but myself. So back on track and back to work to Curves and my sweat tooth. I have about 4 weeks until memorial day... Time loose those 5 lb and back on track.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
