A sprained ankle has me resting and staying home from the Gym for 1 week now. I've managed to spend 30 min on the elliptical for 5 days a week since the new year. I walked five miles along the ocean on a nice day and didn't stretch before or after. I should have known better! I'm taking ibuprofin and iceing it. I need to remember to stretch & take it slow. I think a meditation this morning will settle me in to my day. I'd like to have this sprain healed by next Sunday. 6 lb weight gain...not the right direction!!!!
