Discouraged today. Went to dinner with my husband and stayed on my diet. I feel like I have missed everything. Why this fascination with food? What makes me think if I am not eating everything in sight then I am deprived. I need to re think and re create some new thinking or else I will be right back where I started even if I lose this time. Gonna have to get a different mindset.
