I have totally forgot how to navigate this site. So an update on how I have been doing. I had a major setback and gained weight. Got up to 156.6# in Jan 2013. In August decided to regain control of my life. Began running September 2013. Ran my first half marathon march 2014, it was tough but signed myself up for another on June 1st. Began weight training this month. I am very excited about becoming strong both mentally and physically.
