thanks deb! i keep looking at my chart and telling myself that; but I am at a plateau . . . . I gained a couple of pounds this week . . . . my body fights me for every pound and inch .. . . and will I be a slave to the food scale and counting calories and watching what I eat to the minutia to keep from gaining and going back to the way I was? sorry just need to vent . . . .
