i was 165lbs after i give birth to my second child and now she's 2 yrs old! and i started my diet i think 3 weeks ago and the first 3 days of dieting i lost 6lbs and then on the 4th day that's the rest day of the diet that i'm following, but still i lose 3 lbs so all in all i lost 9lbs and then dont drink soda anymore just water, but sometimes i drink coffee. once a day. and then my diet its on and off then i started again still sometimes i ate food like yesterdat april 17 my husband make a fajita and he let me ate one. and then i started again today for diet but this late afternoon going to lasagna. since morning i just ate oatmeal and lasagna. hope i can keep continue my goal to back on my old weight. that is 110lbs
