For the first time in a long time I exceeded my RDI. It was all low carb but still it could have easily been out of control. It was my emotions of course and my decision not to do anything today. I didn't realize how boring it would be watching tv all day ... good grief. When there's nothing to do but eat ...you will eat. Dangerous. it won't happen again.

My sisters and I are going away next weekend ... just us girls. Leave Friday morning and return Sunday... I have not done that in a while. looking forward to the girltime.
