Great workout today. 15 minutes on stationary bike, 15 minutes on elliptical to warm up. Then 60 minutes weight training. Followed by 1/2 mile walk to wind down. Polished it off with Herbalife 24 Rebuild Strength Protein Shake....feeling strong like bull (67 years old, feel like 45)
