I haven't been following the FFP 100%. A little bit of salt here. A little bit of butter there. Bites of veggie burgers. Chunks of cheese...and of course you can't have cheese without crackers! The first 5 days, I was very stringent and read through the weekly menus provided in the book. If there wasn't something I liked or had on hand, I would sub with something else on the plan. Then the weekend came and I was a little (okay, okay- a lot) more relaxed. So, I'm going to get back on track!
