This has been a good day, I have been eating well lately. Mostly I have improved my eating habit in the morning before I attend a workout or have practice to go to. There is always something for me to do in the morning so I'm realizing that its best that I get that meal in before I have to do anything else and I can have some type of energy to get me through the day. I just have to continue to eat when I need too. Knowing that without eating it makes it harder to get through a certain portion of your day with that energy you need. It all helps you.
