Yuck. Only got one liter into me yesterday, and I can feel the difference. Today, 3 liters or bust!

Alas, I'm also going out with my best friend for beer and board games, and then a play at a theatre where we always have a few drinks. And I'm low on spoons. If I'm less than 195 tomorrow, I'll count it as a victory.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
