Was neevous that I might've gained a few pounds because of the sheer massiveness of the salad I ate post workout lol. Happily, I awoke to find that I have lost another pound, probably due the the vigorous "cardio" I did before going to sleep ;-) hint...hint...Hahahahaahahaha. Anyway, feeling good and starting to see little changes here and there.

FIRED UP FOR MY WORKOUT TODAY!!!!! OHHHH YEEEEAAAAAAA!!!!! LET'S DO IT!!!!
210.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
