Well good week to all! hope your weights are heading in the directions you desire!. Mine is staying fairly consistent altho not gaining any on the 130# mark., Was out of town Tues/Wens. on business w/my son, and ate within limits, but had gotten sick Monday afternoon, so didn't feel much like eating anyways.. A good Easter wish to All, see ya ' next week...
126.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
