This week, and this month has been extremely difficult to keep updated my activities. However, I was able to keep my weight down. I've been sick, and just went to the gym one day this week and neither did heavy exercise in the previous week. Nor have I kept my daily calorie counts. But I am hopeful that this next week, I return back on track to my daily chores, as in my diet as in my workout.
