I'm eating 800- 1300 calories a day. With some excercising that's a deficit of about 780-1000cals a day, meaning I should lose a bit less than one kg a week.

If I follow this diet strictly enough, I should weigh about 51kg on my sisters' birthday on the 27th of July.

That's still two kg above the lowest weight for my size. I will stop dieting and only eat healthy (and more fruit!!!!) as soon as the flab on my belly and my inner thighs is gone :)


Yay! 800calories is a lot of food. I can do this.

Actually 800 calories a day isn't much food for a women to get her nutritional needs for the day. So make sure you take a mulitvitamin.
