Have been moving a lot. On the treadmill for 30/40 minutes in the morning, cleaning houses, and powerwalking for 50 minutes at night. Eating pretty much whatever I want as long as it's healthy. A lot more calories on the weekends.
127.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
