Going on 2 wks at 228.8. Now looking to break through the plateau. We deviated a bit here and there with chocolate (Easter candy abounds at work) but tonight no more. I'm steering back on track. I just need to incorporate more menus. I'm a little tired of what I've been eating. So back to tracking and making more of the food I have at hand :)
