Today I had 3 meals and...3 snacks now that I think about it.
This morning I made cauliflower 'hashbrowns' and an italian sausage patty. Lunch I made a chicken thigh on the grill and salad. Snack I had an atkins bar. couple hours later I made a MIM from the Atkins website with a tablespoon of sugar free jam. Dinner I made a cup 1/2 of steamed cabbage and a chicken thigh. And about 10 minutes ago I heated up an atkins shake in the microwave and added 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk to it. I'm under my rdi and a little under my daily carb count so I believe I did good today. I haven't consumed 2 Atkins products in one day though So I hope that doesn't cause a stall or cravings..
I know I'm starting to get a little careless with my food choices and that needs to change. My goal is to have smaller portions of protein because that is my biggest challenge, I love Chicken thighs! ugh.
I did 200 crunches on my balance ball but other than that I just layed around all day.
Tomorrow I go to Lifeskills for orientation and I've been a little nervous all day which made me want to turn to food for comfort but I managed to be good.
Anyways, tomorrow I'm not going to have any atkins products..If I get a sweet tooth I'll make a MIM with some sugar free jam again. 3 cups of veggies 70 grams of protein and plenty liquids! tomorrow's a new day :)
