Ok so my weight dropped down because i trained with weights last night AND did cardio AND cut my carbs~lol~ i took action.. so just hope the weight keeps going down..
169.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
