Our bodies physiology is strange. We don't always see the results of our efforts till the following week or later. That's why consistency is so key with weight loss. Sometimes other things mask our loss for that week with bloat. Sodium, exercise, stress, medications, inflammation, hormones etc. can all affect the scale because of our water weight shifting. So take that loss and keep going!!

I decided that I should just do what I first did when I first lost weight, count calories and not carbs O_o because when I count carbs I gain weight or stay the same weight. ._. So actually, two weeks ago I added chocolate back in my diet..

You should be excited, congratulations!! According to the "experts" our priorities should be, sleep -> exercise > healthy eating.

You haven't been logging all your food. No way of anyone helping you with why things have changed. You're below 130, so now you know you can do it. You should be psyched!

I am super exited! All I know is, 1 when I don't obsess over it and 2 I don't do too much exercise, I seem to be better off with losing weight.
