Despite the snow we received up here last night and this morning, I'm so glad that schools are in session. I really didn't want to cancel my personal training appointment today, which I would have had to do if the kids were to stay home. I love personal training days as it allows me to just go to the gym and not think about what I'm going to do that day...I just do what I'm told.
I'm amazed at the energy and strength I've developed over these last 6 weeks or so. I'm starting to feel like my 'old self' again...maybe even better.

Update to journal: Trainer had me on upper-body today. I just about face-planted on my last push-up and now I can barely type this journal. Love, love, love a workout where I've left it all out there. Nothing left in reserve. Now on to refueling.
