Oh my god, I hear you on this! I've recently discovered Snackwell's Devil's Food Cookie. It's 50 Cal per cookie, and so satisfying for when the cravings come a-knocking. I also have a variety of munchables (Quaker products, Nutrigrain, Special K), both fruity and chocolatey in addition to actual fruits, so I don't feel so restricted. Sometimes, it's all psychology for me. When I deprive myself, I get intense cravings. So I give myself a ton of choices in my pantry and I barely even get cravings anymore. Except for after dinner. I always love me some dessert after dinner. :D
