disappointing after all the counting and the exercise. I just don't get it.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hmm..your metabolism is probably super slow because you are not consuming atleast 1200 calories a day. I just found out our body goes into "survival mode" if we don't take in enough energy for it to use without thinking it is starving. You should also make sure that there is a 500 calorie difference between how many calories you burned that day and how many you consumed. Small meals frequently keeps your body burning calories, which is speeding up your metabolism. Exercise helps incredibly. :)
