Ahwwww....

The snacking at work must stop!!

I have been very, very good about consuming all calories before 5pm. The clock strikes and I put it all down, toss it or save it for the next day.

I have been hoovering around 315 Lbs. for a week and I know why. I snack. Popcorn is the culprit. It's the perfect grab bag. Ugggg, horrible, tasty, but horrible.

Anyway, I am making the changes....they feel good....the yoyo-ing has curbed and I feel steadied.

I also have enjoyed so much writing in the latest installment of my new blog INNER RESOLVE. The topic this time is all about the human growth hormone (HGH) importance and the critical need to fast hours before bedtime.
