Ok so it begins. I have a great family and I want to be around for a while so I have decided that I need to get health. I am going on a fishing trip in June with Father and my son. My wife and I want to do a lot of things and build even more of a home that our kids and grand kids want to come to. I am choosing to get my calori intake down. I want to be very active and I am going to begin a training daily to assist. We have lots of projects that we want to do. I want to get a physical right before I leave to go on my trip to make sure that all things are working good.

Today for breakfast I had oatmeal to help the heart and lunch I had a unwich beachcomber from JJ it has 450 calories.

LET"S DO IT I weighed in this morning. I weighed 270#
