Well there it goes, that's what happens when you don't stick to the plan. At this point, I usually would have seen that gain and just said forget it. But, this is a new me. We all have our ups and downs, good weeks and bad weeks. All I can do is start this week positive and continue to mold my behavior. Maybe shear disappointment in seeing the weight go up, will motivate me to keep pushin' on this week. And I definitely need to exercise. Exercise is the key to this whole thing. Well, I hope everyone has a good Monday.
257.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
